How to track your parcel

We ship parcels via Bulgarian Post. Tracking information is available on the following day after the parcel is shipped.

Because there is no worldwide united system for tracking your parcel, you can track your parcel in two steps:


1. Dispatch from Bulgaria (Bulgarian Post Tracking System):
Please go to http://services.bgpost.bg/WebTracking and enter your tracking number (it is a 13 digit number);
This gives you information about the time your parcel has been received at Bulgarian Post’s Central Office (in Sofia) and dispatched to your country.

*Example tracking number:    RI040505792BG
*Example: If you enter the above indicated tracking number (RI040505792BG), the following information will appear:
- 15.7.2009 at 02:35:00 BULGARIA SOFIA INTER Receive item at office of exchange (Otb)  - Parcel is received in Bulgarian Central Post Office
- 15.7.2009 at 03:23:00 BULGARIA SOFIA INTER Insert item into bag (Otb) - Parcel is allotted for dispatch to the respective country


2. Arrival in your country (your national Central Post Office).

*Example: If you live in the USA, you must check via United State Postal Service (USPS) Tracking system:
http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

*Example tracking number:    RI040505792BG
When the parcel arrives in the USA, the following information is available:
Label/Receipt Number: RI04 0505 792B G
Service(s): Registered Mail™
Status: Delivered
Your item was delivered at 11:11 AM on July 25, 2009 in KANSAS CITY, MO 64155.

NB! There is no available information about your parcel for the period from the time it leaves Bulgaria (*Example: July 15) until it arrives in the Central Post Office of country of destination (*Example: July 17 in the USA).

Bulgarian Posts offers you a list of links to the local posts’ web-sites, where you can check whether your parcel has already arrived in you country and receive further information:
