I might have accidentally placed a duplicate order. What should I do?
Contact us via email, Skype or our chat platform.
The duplicate order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.


How can I check my order status?
Login in your account, at "orders" menu you will be able to see the status of all placed from your account.


Can I change my order after I've submitted it?
If your order haven't been sent we can still change it, after you receive confirmation email that the order is shipped you will have less than 2 hours if you want to make changes. Contact us as soon as you can in that case.

What kind of shipping methods you offer and what is the price?

We offer:

Bulgarian Posts - 7 EUR (only available for outside EU countries)

TNT express (15EUR-20EUR depends on your location).

What is the delivery time?
Delivery time is as follows:
Bulgarian Posts 10-20 business days
TNT express (recommended) 1-3 business days for Europe, 2-6 business days outside Europe


Why TNT is express recommended as shipping method?
By choosing TNT as shipping method you get guarantee that you will receive the package in time frame and perfect condition.
Shipping via Bulgarian Posts is not very safe and the postman will not deliver to your door, you have to pick up your package from the Local Posts Office.


Can you send my order via courier under my account number?
Yes, we do but have to send us an official document with your company information, courier account number, signature and stamp confirming that you are aware for this shipment from our address to your address and you agree to pay the shipping and import fees.


Who is responsible for the import fees?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs before you purchase.

What steps should I follow to return a product?

What does the KMtronic Warranty cover?
If any product is found to have defects in material or malfunction during normal work process, our team will repair, or if repair is not possible, either replace the product or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.


Do you provide spare parts?
We will provide spare parts for the components that can be replaced by the owner without the need of technical knowledge.


Are there any warranty exclusions?
Unfortunately, these warranties do not apply if the product has been modified, misused or has been damaged by accident, abuse, or misapplication. To ensure this doesn’t happen to you, read the description and user manual carefully before use, and contact our customer service if you are having any problems during installation of the units.

Yes, all controllers are CE certified.


Are your products RoHS compliant EU directives 2011/65/EC on the Restrictions on the use of certain Hazardous Substances, (RoHS) and 2002/96/EC, Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment, (WEEE) which address the possible presence of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl esters.)?
None of these substances are intentionally or knowingly used in the manufacturing of KMtronic’s products.
